- The planning and delivery of worldwide in-person events, including:
- Conferences and trade shows
- A biennial customer conference
- 15below-hosted industry events and workshops
- Awards and networking events
- Developing and managing an events calendar.
- Researching, planning and analysing event performance with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Identifying relevant events for the introduction and growth of the 15below brand within new markets and regions.
- Preparing event costings and proposals.
- Proposing and managing the annual and individual events budgets.
- Managing event logistics, including exhibition stand design, branding, meetings and networking, hotel bookings, international shipping, and all associated logistics.
- Fully briefing all remote and onsite teams to ensure smooth running pre, during and post event.
- Sourcing, liaising with, and managing venues, event contractors and suppliers and negotiating contracts.
- Working with the marketing team to provide updates on upcoming events and creating associated marketing collateral requirements.
- Working with the People team to deliver internal events aligned with the company’s culture and values.
- Travel to worldwide events, when required.
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B events management and marketing.
- Experience managing events with a wide range of budgets.
- A proven track record in event organisation and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to interact confidently with suppliers, sponsors, speakers and wider 15below teams.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, work at pace and to tight deadlines.
- Enjoy working flexibly, with the ability to pick up anything thrown at you, and get stuck in.
- A brilliant team player.
- Passion for the travel industry – from a technology, B2B and end-user experience perspective.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities.
