You will be overseeing a property portfolio of over 400 managed properties and working alongside the Lettings team and a Senior Property Manager.Senior Property Manager You will ideally be ARLA qualified. You must be prepared to carry out property inspections which are carried out every 4 months, this is worked between the Property Manager and an outsourced Inventory Clerk. Impressive salary on offer of £35,000. You will work full time Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm and must be prepared to work one Saturday per month from 08.30am to 5.00pm where you will receive a day off during the week when you are working on the Saturday.
