- Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method and maximize selling opportunities by link-selling and cross-selling
- Capture customer data qualitatively and quantitatively for loyalty purposes in compliancy with data applicable regulation

- Upskill constantly to adapt to the luxe, beauty and retail business evolution
