About the CompanyJubilee House Care Trust is a Charity based in Welwyn Garden City. We provide quality support and care to adults and children with Learning Disabilities.We have several fantastic opportunities to join us as a Support Worker within our Adult Short Breaks, Supported Living and Residential Services.
