Location: Bristol
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Frirdays 8:00am – 1:30pmThe role…As the Electro/Mechanical Fitter your role will involve the following important duties:

Dismantle, rebuild and refurbishment of pumps, gearboxes, motors, generators and similar equipment.
Repairs to all types of rotating equipment.
Dismantling, inspection, condition assessment and subsequent report on received equipment.
Fault finding of industrial electro-mechanical equipment.
Operating specialised equipment such as test equipment, stoving ovens overhead crane forklifts.

The experience required…As a successful Electro/Mechanical Fitter, you will have the following:

Mechanical ONC & HNC, NVQ or equivalent qualification and time served.
Experience in a similar role.
Strong Engineering background with experience working with pumps, gearboxes, motors and fans.
Full clean UK driving licence.
Confined space and lifting & slinging qualifications would be advantageous.
