- Manage tickets from creation to resolution, addressing customer needs.
- Escalate tickets when necessary.
- Record accurate information on CRM systems.
- Administer client device portfolio according to requirements.
- Additional admin duties
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of compliance systems and information security policies.
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
