My client are looking for a Finishing Manager to work in Sittingbourne on their residential scheme starting ASAP on a 4 month contract.They are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual who has volume house building experience and can be solely responsible for the delivery of houses and apartments from 1st fix to CML.The successful Candiate will also need to support the delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality and also take responsibility for supervising the development and overseeing building work, ensuring agreed specifications, budgets and timescales are met.Qualifications required:
Appropriate CSCS card.
SMSTS certificate.
First Aid at Work certificate.
