Release Date: Monday 15 April 2024An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Services team at Aston University and to contribute to the operation and continuous improvement of the University’s core IT systems.As the Digital Services Change & Testing Manager you, will be working within a key department alongside other passionate individuals and, will be integral to ensuring that the University adheres to ITIL Change Enablement processes and best practice.You will build relationships within Digital Services and wider professional services teams to assess, implement and review the impact of change to improve system reliability, efficiency, and integrity. You will have ITIL Foundation Level or higher, and experience in a similar change management role. You will have an analytic mind, keen attention to detail, and will be enthusiastic about improving the University’s IT systems.What we offer:
