We work alongside a wide spectrum of healthcare partners and our dedicated teams are committed to making a difference to people’s lives.Do you want to join us as our new Business Analyst?As part of our Business Strategy growth to become an SMO delivering clinical trial for private and public sector organisation, we are looking to source, implement and develop training for a new CTMS System. You will consult with key stakeholders to establish the best possible system for our current and future needs.RequirementsMain Duties
  • Consult with key stakeholders to establish the best possible system for EMS Healthcare current and future needs as a SMO
  • Review the software currently available on the market
  • Research, analyse and present best practices to determine the best overall solution
  • Develop, write and publish training materials, user manuals and process flow maps e-learning systems for CTMS System
  • Test and execute User Acceptance Test scripts
  • Reviewing System Test scripts
  • Respond to department requests for hands-on assistance within CTMS
  • Ensure end users continue to update and maintain the system on a daily basis and identify and implement new areas to utilise the system to increase efficiencies
  • Integrate the CTMS system within EMS Healthcare Processes
  • Participate in System Planning meetings
  • Design, maintain, and automate the production of dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytic models
  • Collaborate with IT to improve the quality of analytics and reporting processes according to internal and customer requirements Keeps abreast of new analytics tools and methodologies for possible deployment
  • Produce a Handover at the end of the project with recommendations and implement areas of improvement within the system and our processes
Experience
  • Use and configuration of healthcare software applications.
  • Solutions Analyst
  • Working with program guidelines
  • Policy and procedures, operational controls
Key Skills
  • Collaborate with business partner to define technology strategy that maximizes business value
  • Manage business expectations and keeps business aligned to business requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required - must be able to communicate ideas and analysis in a clear concise fashion to clients, colleagues and senior business leaders
  • Proven ability to work in a highly virtual and matrixed environment
  • Excellent with numbers and financial planning
  • Influence, convince or impresses others in a way that results in acceptance, agreement or behaviour change
  • Clear and confident communicator at all levels, both internally and client-facing
  • Set up and monitors timescales and plans

Other Requirements
  • Full UK residency and hold a valid driving license and have suitable transport provisions (public transport is not recommended due to location of offices)
