- Consult with key stakeholders to establish the best possible system for EMS Healthcare current and future needs as a SMO
- Review the software currently available on the market
- Research, analyse and present best practices to determine the best overall solution
- Develop, write and publish training materials, user manuals and process flow maps e-learning systems for CTMS System
- Test and execute User Acceptance Test scripts
- Reviewing System Test scripts
- Respond to department requests for hands-on assistance within CTMS
- Ensure end users continue to update and maintain the system on a daily basis and identify and implement new areas to utilise the system to increase efficiencies
- Integrate the CTMS system within EMS Healthcare Processes
- Participate in System Planning meetings
- Design, maintain, and automate the production of dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytic models
- Collaborate with IT to improve the quality of analytics and reporting processes according to internal and customer requirements Keeps abreast of new analytics tools and methodologies for possible deployment
- Produce a Handover at the end of the project with recommendations and implement areas of improvement within the system and our processes
- Use and configuration of healthcare software applications.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required - must be able to communicate ideas and analysis in a clear concise fashion to clients, colleagues and senior business leaders

- Excellent with numbers and financial planning

- Full UK residency and hold a valid driving license and have suitable transport provisions (public transport is not recommended due to location of offices)
