Situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park this historic Victorian mansion features eighteen luxurious, individually styled bedrooms and suites and four charming garden suites situated within the estate grounds.We are seeking a talented and charismatic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier in delivering an exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. Passionate and experienced in fine dining, with an excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails, the person for this role will have the character and personality to engage with our guests, will display strong upselling skills and have the enthusiasm and talent to motivate and inspire the team.A minimum of two years in restaurant management/supervision is essential, preferably with an emphasis on fine dining. Our team display the highest standards of personal presentation, and a positive and flexible attitude when business levels vary day by day. We're looking for someone who will make a positive contribution to the success of our dining experiences, who is proactive and highly driven with a great attention to detail. This is a full time permanent position, five days over seven.Our guests enjoy two dining experiences, the Henry Robertson fine dining room serves our four and seven course tasting menus, and the rustic Huntsman bistro offers a three course a la carte menu of seasonally changing dishes.
