- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
- Monitor vital signs regularly, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges.
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and physicians, communicating changes in residents' conditions and participating in care planning discussions.
