This is an exciting opportunity to fulfil a hybrid role, working across both the Laboratory Support and Sample Management areas.Key responsibilities:
Receive samples, perform integrity checks and complete all necessary documentation;
Log samples into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), managing storage and disposals;
Laboratory equipment maintenance and associated record keeping;
Reagent preparation and glass washing;
Pipette calibrations, maintenance and management;
Conduct analytical work using appropriate techniques and in accordance with regulatory standards, e.g. ISO 17025;
Act in compliance with the site Health & Safety Policy;
Maintain a clean, tidy and well-equipped work area, observing any operational regulations.
