- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to uphold impeccable standards of clinical practice, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Mentoring and guiding a team of Occupational Health Advisors, fostering a culture of engagement and motivation.
- Overseeing the workflow and utilization of our occupational health nurse team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Actively participating in commercial initiatives and cross-team collaborations to optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Registered Nurse on NMC Register, holding a post-registration qualification in OH
- Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, fitness for work and screening procedure (must be proficient with interpreting health surveillance results including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS)
- Robust clinical governance attitude and leads by example to their team and the business
- Excellent communication skills and ability to chair regular team meetings
- Approachable style and easy to connect with
- Pragmatic approach and strong decision-making ability
- Management qualification at certificate level or above desirable but not essential
- High degree of self-motivation and management
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word / Excel / Teams or equivalent
- Strong team player and able to lead by example
- Full UK driving licence is preferable but not essential
- Able to travel to London or Mansfield sites occasionally
