- This is a home / field based Business Development role.
- You will be responsible for strategically identifying and winning high value multi-site contracts targeting hospitality, logistics, utilities companies & manufacturing.
- The Business Development Manager will target sales order values of between £250k -£1M.
- You will be tasked with building partnerships with Sustainability Managers, Procurement, Environmental Managers and up to C-Level decision makers developing account plans for the short, medium and long term.
- As Business Development Manager you will look to cross-sell, up-sell other services into the business to maximise incremental growth opportunities.
- You will be supported by a wider Account Management & Business Development Team, Bid Writing and Supply Chain Team.
- Waste Management experience of strategically winning large multi-site contracts
- £45,000 - £55,000 basic DOE
- Company bonus structure 20%
- Car allowance or company car (hybrid)
