Job Description:We are looking a finance leader with strong business and financial acumen and demonstrated capabilities to work collaboratively with others across multiple geographies, and experience working in a complex and fast paced environment. In addition, this person will be expected to have strong interpersonal and influence skills as they will be expected to both partner with and challenge the business leaders.In this role, the successful candidate will provide financial, operational and strategic business support through analytical rigor and analysis; lead local efforts in support of our robust budgeting and forecasting process and interpreting variances, support scorecarding of the drivers of profitability by brand, category and customer segment and, partner with leaders to make decisions across their businesses that will increase revenues, market share and penetration, reduce costs and, maximize profitability and optimize Cash flow and working capital.Job Duties:
  • Prepare all financial forecasting and reporting requirements - monthly operating reviews, balance sheet fluctuation analysis, & regular forecasts ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis.
  • Maintain high standards of controls and ethics across the team, while driving an environment of trust, respect and dignity. Drive process improvements/automation.
  • Coordinate, prepare and consolidate the annual operating plans, estimates, business pulses, and long-term strategic plans for a $500mm line of business.
  • Provide financial and budgetary support to functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and G&A functions.
  • Lead and develop the FP&A team, and their activities, supporting the overall priorities and goals for the business, including Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable functions. Includes building solid relationships with customers and vendors thru strong partnerships with Sales and Category Management teams.
  • Support executive leadership with key financial performance indicator reporting, analysis and insight to drive financial discipline and support growth.
  • Drive analytics capabilities and standardization in financial tools and processes.
  • Partner with Resideo Corporate finance functions to ensure highest standards of compliance and best practice are maintained
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (MBA or ACA/CIMA/ACCA preferred)
  • 10+ years of finance executive or accounting experience within a corporate environment
  • Pan-EMEA/Europe experience preferred
