We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:Our HomeWe are all independent in our own ways.We are both young individuals moving into our first home, this will be our first tenancy away from residential.What is important to usWe both will need support accessing local college courses, maintaining relationships with family and friends. Support will be required for promoting of maintaining our first home. Support will also be required to ensure the people we support are enjoying their best lives possible enjoy different activities, such as going to the gym, arts and crafts, cooking and anything else they would like to get involved in.As mentioned this is our first tenancy, our home is a 2 bedroom detached house, with a spacious garden based in Sunnyside.Your values:We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
