£28-32k basic + £60-80k OTE
Our client is a fully integrated recruitment consultancy that services all areas of Marketing and Communications. It's sales proposition to it's clients is based around it's ability to provide an integrated approach and offer creative recruitment solutions.
The Research & Insight team is the newest team, having been established in October 2005, and is an important part of our client's business model. They provide contingency recruitment services to market research, advertising, PR, branding and design agencies and client side companies, supplying them with Research & Insight staff.
Their mission is to provide outstanding, ethical service to candidates and clients that differentiates then in their sector. They are known to their candidates as a reliable source of challenging, extraordinary vacancies and to their clients as an agency that consistently has access to candidates of the very highest calibre.
Direct Responsibilities:
- Direct responsibility for generating revenue by placing Research & Insight candidates into market research, advertising, PR, branding and design agencies and client side companies
- Full control of candidate generation, through proactive sourcing
- Full control of client generation, through direct sales, active business development and following up leads
- Full control of process management of briefs. From taking the brief through to offer and placement
- Responsibility for negotiating fees with clients, within acceptable limits
Day to day role:
- Proritise daily workload with a focus on working towards key performance indicators
- Process manage existing briefs - manage candidates, clients, interview processes - offer management etc.
- Plan and implement new business strategy within their sector
- Generate new candidates through various channels including advertising and proactive sourcing
- Manage database - log candidates and jobs on to the system, maintain data accuracy and integrity
This person must be:
- Passionate about recruitment and talent sourcing, helping clients to find the right people for their business
- Interested in creative and smart business development
- Understand the processes of recruiting for market research, advertising, PR, branding and design agencies
- A strong communicator, able to influence colleagues and build strong business relationships
- Self motivated, able to set own goals and deadlines
- Ethical and committed to excellent client/candidate service
