The Recruitment Brief:
The successful candidate will be an experience recruiter with a view into moving into a management position within 12 months.
The successful candidate be able to understand the labour market and ensure staff are trained and monitored in the attraction, selection, deployment and retention of available appropriately qualified temp and perm candidates for local and national client needs. Your main aim will be to maximise branch gross margins and branch operating profit through the management of every business transaction reflecting the values of our client.
 
The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate will be of strong character with a real desire to build and develop business relationships with both candidates and clients. Candidates must have the ability to develop new business and as well as the capability to promote our clients service to prospective clients across the country. You will have excellent sales / service skills required. You will have a minimum of 1 year in recruitment and have a real passion for sales.
