GRADUATE SALES CONSULTANTS - ASSESSMENT DAYS
We are looking for graduate calibre membership sales consultants to work for David Lloyd Leisure, the leading family orientated health and racquets clubs in the UK. You will probably have heard of David Lloyd health clubs but you may not know that we also own 3 of the other biggest and most prestigious brands in the health and fitness industry, Next Generation Clubs, Amida clubs and the Harbour Clubs. That's 76 clubs with around 500, 000 members and over 5000 members of staff. We are now looking to invest in the best possible graduate talent to join our business to promote and market our clubs to ensure we remain as the market-leading operator in the industry.
We are actively recruiting NOW at our clubs nationwide and are eager to talk to recently qualified graduates who want to combine their commercial acumen with a passion for sport and leisure and embark on a career with a highly competitive salary and highly achievable OTE. There are also excellent opportunities to use this as a platform to develop your careers within the business.
We are looking for the following skills:
· A passion and interest for sport and leisure, ideally playing sport to a reasonable standard at club or university level
· A bright outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills, ideally with responsibility for captaining or organising the team on the pitch or arranging the socials.
· Target driven and leadership skills, we're looking for winners!
· A strong work ethic and plenty of initiative
· Previous work experience in a proactive sales environment is advantageous but not essential
You will be offered a unique insight into our business and at the same time get to meet the key people in our business including the National Sales Manager, General Managers HR and Training Managers. In return we'll organise a variety of assessments to make sure you'll understand the requirements of the role and are making the right career decision in joining us.
