Our client presently has a number of multi million pound construction projects in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.Based out of the clients Nottingham office, you will be responsible for the management of the construction project teams to deliver the PFI projects our client is responsible for in the region.The delivery of these projects on time and on budget is critical to the ongoing development of the organisation within the PFI arena. You will be tasked with delivering these projects in the specific timescales set out by the client.
You will have a proven track record in the operational management of a regional office, delivering multi million pound construction projects in the Health or Education sector.An excellent communicator with a background in the management, development and the leading of the project teams.
Our client is an international construction company who have recently won tenders for a number of major projects in the East Midlands.
Excellent remuneration as expected with an international construction company.
