Planning solicitor/associate to join the South Coast Office of this nationally recognised commercial firm.
The Planning Department has many years of private and local government experience and their clients include major retailers, leisure operators, landowners, property developers, financial institutions, local authorities and public utilities.
The role will cover the South East but you will be involved with many exciting projects on a national basis.
Who we're looking for
A solicitor/associate who has experience of both contentious and non-contentious planning work.
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: planning advice, section 106, highways agreements and public enquiries for commercial, retail and residential clients.
You will have the energy and drive for business development and marketing activities.
