A leading Investment Bank is looking to recruit an Analyst to focus on the Insurance sector. You will be joining a very active FIG team that consistently ranks amongst the premier leading financial advisors and underwriters globally. The sectors covered by the team include: Bank,
As an Insurance Analyst on the FIG team you will be given the opportunity to:

  • Generate unbiased, meaningful advice and dialogue with a cross section of companies within the sector, thereby gaining exposure to all areas of the market.
  • You will have the opportunity to execute deals and to cover all types of products including M&A, equity, equity-linked and debt. The team has a very strong deal flow and there will be a heavy emphasis on execution work at this level.
  • Carry out financing solutions, including structuring (both debt and equity), accounting and tax expertise, financial modelling and analysis.
  • The team is pan-European and generalist in its focus (particularly at the Analyst level).


Successful candidates will have the following credentials:

  • Demonstrated academic achievements or equivalent work experience, with a demonstrably high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence
  • Relevant work experience with a competing US or European franchise. FIG experience essential, insurance experience desirable.
  • Ability to demonstrate solid quantitative skills.
  • Previous experience must include a good deal & pitch list.
