I am constantly reading tips on how to answer interview questions, what questions you should ask, what are the best answers for particular questions. I've come to the conclusion that when it comes time for the interview, the person conducting the interview is just getting a bunch of BS or to be more precise the answers that careerbuilder (and HR surveys) says are the best answers and NOT the truth. Whatever happened to the interview and looking at a persons credentials and using your "gut" feeling about the person. I guess it comes down to who can lie with the straigher face
