agencies that allow workers to be bullied on building sites - Linsco Limited

linsco employment agency are only interested in getting fees off companies needing skilled workers eg plant operators. nottingham branch were told about bully site managers at alfred mcalpine(site managers are abrupt-rude to workers)yet denied they were told,funny that emails were found stating bullying going on ,so after giving notice in aug-sept-oct- nov 06 worker left dec 06,agency had cheek to say they felt let down.refused to give reference????reference whether good or bad is legal requirement...mcalpine said linsco are responsible for ref????? TIME PEOPLE NAMED-SHAMED BULLY SITE MANAGERS-agencies that dont care. without skilled workers these companies-agencies would go bust????
